Google Maps API vs IFRAME

Every business should be posted in Google Maps with the Business Listing tool but how do you prefer to post your business location on your website?

Do we use Googles API that requires a key in order to use it or do we use the handy IFRAME option that google provides under the share link option?

Here is a link for using the google API in case you are having trouble.

Until now I have only used the IFRAME option but I'm going to learn the java script API plugin to see what features I can gain.
